Picture(s) of the Week
This week I simply could not decide on a picture for the week. (I know it’s only week 2.) This week I was experimenting with my extension tube which lengthens the focal length of the lens and… let’s just say it lets me take pictures of very small items. I don’t know if any of these pics will end up in my gallery, but perhaps you can help me decide. Take a look at all three and vote for your favorite using the sidebar poll. I could tell you the names of the flowers in each picture, but I think they’re all just weeds.
Feel free to post comments about why you chose your favorite.

Picture #1 captures the promise of God that if someone else does not share the gospel with a person, God’s creation itself will do so. The “dead” star is the way that life will go on and the life that goes on is beautiful - like the photo. Thank you for sharing it!!!

If I missed the spam protection answer, it doesn’t mean I’m not real, it only means that math is my weak link! I like the second photo with the delicate pink/purple flower. I think the focus is best of the 3, and the focal area fading into diffused areas is compelling. Thanks for your comment on today’s Astoria Daily Photo. It was great to hear from someone who stays at The Grandview!

Thanks for commenting on Astoria, Oregon, Daily photo again. Yes, wouldn’t a cruiste like that be great? I’m going there in my imagination today!
